How NTEK executes their plan and performs fiscally are going to be the determining factors on how we do in our investment. Business 101. It's not really in the hands of the investors, no matter how some will try to convince you it is. (though this management has proven in the past that it will listen to knowledgeable investors, not the ones constantly bombarding the company with irrational demands and irrelevant arguments that have nothing to do with moving the company forward)
This company has been under attack by bashers for years. These guys can tell who these people are. They aren't going to tell them anything that will divulge company planning or business strategy. They will give them lip service to placate them and sate their egos, similar to giving your kid a piece of candy in the store to keep them well behaved for a time.
It seems to me, when you invest in a company like NTEK, you are essentially speculating that the company has the technology and the management team to do the job. My DD says it can if they can execute. You make your own determination.....
Look at what the company has done over the past year and draw your own conclusions. If you think every plan devised come off exactly how you think it is, you may need to re-adjust your thought process. IMO
Every idea is not going to work, especially in a business environment that is in a constant state of technological flux. All and all, given the these circumstances, IMO Ntek has executed pretty well, not flawlessly, but pretty well.......
I think it's funny how some people need to try to demonize and demean other people, especially people with established reputations on this board and on the companies payroll to try to establish some kind of credibility for themselves. Some on the board are extremely enthusiastic about their investment, and rightfully so. Many think out of the box to generate thought on what the possibilities for this company can be.
Some ideas generated are very practical, some not so practical, some not doable because there just isn't enough bandwidth to handle the work involved. Again, do your own DD and make your own determinations on the validity and possibility of what you see and read. Always fun to dream though.
NTEK is an exciting company with an exciting technology positioned at the correct time to succeed in the the 4K business cycle.
If you want to determine the credibility of what a person is saying, go thru their posting history. Is what they say consistent ? Is it even true ? Are their conversations random, filled with half truths and statements worded in such a way as to create the most negative viewpoint, with just a little bit of truth thrown in there to make it seem credible.......Basher 101.
Really read and see what is said. Posting history is everything. That's the absolute core of what a poster is trying to promote. Just like any other DD......the devil is in the detail. What they are posting, their timing, etc.....think about it....the most negative postings seem to occur at the most transitional moments of a company. It's not a coincidence.
NTEK is in a transitional period right now. The brokerages are still in the process of digesting the R/S and the company is in the process of executing their plan. I'm speculating they will deliver news at the appropriate time when it will have the most positive impact on the companies bottom line....that's why companies put out news. The company is in this to make money from there technology and their product. If you think otherwise, why are you in this stock in the first place ?
As a final thought....."True" NTEK longs seem to come in a variety of flavors.....patient, not so patient, aggressive, passive..greedy, not so greedy, low tolerance for risk, high tolerance for risk, some expecting to get rich over night, some willing to wait.... the list goes on.
Be very, very careful on who you listen to, (including me for that matter). Some bashers are very clever and have there own agenda's. They will try to capitalize on your fears, emotions (especially the frustration being invested in this stock can generate) and uncertainties, trying to get you to make an investment decision that will be to their benefit, not yours....
DO your own DD and make your own decisions......I hope for the best investment outcome for those of us that actually own shares in this company !!!
