You know you are required to get an Exploration permit first, right?
Oh, I get it. You're just parsing words again. You mean how could NOAD say they are on a 'wreck' if they are still in the "exploration" stage. Because it is being too presumptuous to say they are on a wreck if they haven't actually found and recovered the entire wreck.
Golly, Beave, I don't know. I guess we'll have to wait and see, won't we? Maybe you'll be convinced when it's on display in a museum but I doubt it.
