Think we have a pretty solid response and would expect a "reasonable person" to see what this type of loan is. Was the Sep date on the docket prior to HJOE asking for a summary? If so would that be the actual date the answer for summary judgment would come out or would a judge move faster on the request for summary and Sep would be a date if it would continue to trial?
Still think we are in good shape.
With that said I know I have mentioned it before but I really hate when they put out that they have an announcement, not just an announcement but new product before it is in place and ready to be announced. If you never heard of a new product and the just came out with it is XX and we are shipping it out next week, we have done several test markets and believe this will add to our bottom line. But instead I feel the announcement is now overdue and believe most of us speculate what it is, the affect has pretty much been neutralized until we see financials. I hope this changes in the future on how they announce things. Sorry, just driving me nuts.
