Our 105 year old house has needs from time to time 
It isn't a classic as you would easily want to think.
And it is not a 'Sears' house from that time period.
But we have1600 sq feet plus a full basement of 900 sq ft
and a 2nd toilet and a (2nd) shower down there.
A full dining room and full kitchen. Loving that. + 3 bdrms.
On a quiet tree lined small town atmosphere within Indy limits.
