Almost a given. I have a challenge out to him now to show his math. He won't because he can't! It is better for Aspire to buy with an increasing share price than with a decreasing one, period!
Read it for yourselves and I believe it will be apparent why.
"n) “Purchase Price” means the lesser of (i) the lowest Sale Price of the Common Stock on the Purchase Date or (ii) the arithmetic average of the three (3) lowest Closing Sale Prices for the Common Stock during the twelve (12) consecutive Business Days ending on the Business Day immediately preceding such Purchase Date. (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, noncash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction)."
