what is great about QB is that retail can now note specific decoys' utilized
on the bid and ask re: CTIX ..
last month's MM Monthly .. PUMA & VERT were the decoys with ARCA
(ATS Dark Pool) most likely *imo* utilized as the filler .. because a quick
glance reveals a 3 way split for how CTIX was handled for the month
PUMA + VERT = 64,930 (3,334,519) ..
8 reported for June .. with *volume* total = 3.343.519
imo 3 way is CDEL/NITE..ETRF/CTIX..CANT
