The underwriters were led by Citigroup, Barclays, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Wells Fargo Securities, with Morgan Stanley, Evercore ISI, Fifth Third Securities, Regions Securities LLC and US Bancorp as the co-managers of the offering.
