Even though I have Wi-Fi I could not get UltraFlix until all the Stars were aligned.
I mean by that..I had been using the wrong Wi-Fi source from my Internet cable.
The cable guy fixed it for me.
Maybe You can call them and see if You can get assistance on the Phone.
I got a ROKU-4 and I also had to call them for Help.
