I think locksflooring is really stating that bgl finally gave up a frivolous silly litigation back in April 2016 which freed up for SRGE/MSJ to finally do something with the mexico mines which includes Cinco Minas. However ToucanYoucan is 100% correct little bgl did not ever own Cinco Minas that is a FACT!

locksflooring, bgl did not hand over Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera. bgl never owned them to hand over. Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera belonged to MSJ/SRGE.
bgl knew that they had no case....knew that their case was frivolous.....so they gave up finally after wasting everybody's time and millions of Canadian dollars.
Looking forward to a SRGE/MSJ update!!!
CONCLUSIONS: SRGE longs who have held have NEVER lost any money! The only bad thing that has happened is little bgl acting like babies and wasting time and money to "pretend a frivolous litigation" was occurring in the Mexican courts when that was all just BS because the higher Supreme courts already ruled against little bgl from ever getting their hands on Cinco Minas back in August 2011. little bgl already knew this truth but did not care they were more interesting in making SRGE Longs / SRGE / MSJ wait for 4 long years. Which makes little bgl and the other bashers nothing but POND SCUM!
