There have not been established vendors losses.
23. Identify who, on behalf of SEC, is responsible for reviewing internet message boards, blogs, or any other published material that affects SEC.
Seafarer has no person assigned to such duties....

So Peter Brock Hubbard wasn't assigned to such duties as his affidavit stated?
