False and malicious Attack
Hi I am Wayne Hayes and the target of both Dina and Linda_Shells attacks against my character and slurs against anyone they can associate with TRON.
(1) Because i assisted in obtaining the domain name from the previous owner and paid the previous owner or the domain name tronic.com i have had false statements about the events of the US Justice Department in 1992 alleging events that took place in 1982! Boy that's really relevant in 2016
(2) I saw when Dina was refuted with his false claims that (a) I am a convicted felon and (2) spent 20 years in prison he then decided to attempt to rewrite the decision of the Court and hurdling more insults about me.
I am tired to reading these insults about me.
I spent over 68 months in federal prison and after my release i was able to obtain 25,000 pages of my records from the SEC in a freedom of information act lawsuit. These records were withheld from me during the criminal trial and the SEC filed sworn affidavits stating they did not have any records!
These records were the basis of an collateral attack on my conviction. In 2000, my conviction was reversed by a three judge panel of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Court in a published opinion. I asked for a new trial and after being faced with these 25,567 pages of evidence the US Justice Department dismissed the indictment. Maybe Dina and Janice_Shell can research and find how many cases the DOJ drops the criminal indictment after conviction!@
The US Government tried the same Dina slur in 2004. There three appellate judges rejected the Governments slur and held " he government's argument that Hayes is not entitled to reimbursement because he committed fraud is not sound, given the vacation of the judgment"
(3) Then Dina and his side kick Janice decided to go after PatientTrac for a merger with Leox Holding in Sweden. They stated "after the pump".. What a joke. The pump? My company paid Leox Holding $125,000 to pay their debt. The management of Leox lied and their debt was over $300,000 and had back fees to Nordic Stock Exchange. After spending over $175,000 and discovering the additional debt I and PatientTrac reversed the merger and allowed the PatientTrac International Medical Technology go into bankruptcy in Sweden. i guess that is the "Dump". Duh let me go into bankruptcy and allow my 100,000,000 shares of stock to go to $00.00, yep what a fraudulent scheme. There was and is no SEC investigation. I sincerely doubt the SEC would investigate any merger in Sweden and certainly not where I was the one loosing $175,000
See: Dina
"I found more how bad this was managed, unprofessional... Currently Hayes looks for a CFO on craiglist for many acquisitions."
It would be great to hear from him how he found out how bad "this" was managed, "unprofessional" Especially when all the events were disclosed in press releases in Sweden. but that would require actually reading vs spewing ill-based opinions. Then: "'This was the set up, they will try probably something similar. But maybe they cancel the plan after the SEC investigation, it´s possible." This was the set up? We set up to spend $175,000 to file bankrupcy. Ok i get it the scheme was to loose $175,000 and "[w]ill try probably something similar". I would doubt I, PatientTrac or any other businesses would try to loose 100% of their investment. Lastly Dina was offended that I actually had the audacity to "Currently Hayes looks for a CFO on craiglist for many acquisitions." Outrageous The outrage of advertising for an employee on Craigslist's want adds for jobs. (I am sorry Dina I did not got to Monster.COM) was just trying to save money.

(4) Then the Dina and Janice_Shell crew began attaching Tracy law firm! Wow, where "...and then you have Tracy who is just a laywer (her misspelling) doing his job. And being investigated by the SEC. In TWO jurisdictions." Really, if you are engaged in the securities business it makes perfect sense that if you are doing enough transactions there will be SEC investigations. I am sorry i was under the impression this was the United States of America where the Constitution guarantees the presumption of innocence and an investigation does not constitute guilt unless of course you are a hidden troll on a chat room.
(5) Janice_Shell then "Tracy has indeed created his own transfer agency, but it doesn't seem to have any clients so far: Selling custodianship shells and having your own transfer agency deal with them is a recipe for disaster. Just as well he hasn't tried that on. Yet." So here Tracy created a transfer agency and has not accepted any clients. However, that is relevant to TRON why?
I am not an officer or director of Toronic Inc. I am the purchaser of the Toronic.com domain name because i have been in technology since 1998 and know how to purchase domain names from previous owners and ensure you are not gauged for the purchase. I have software developers assisting in the website for a number of companies. PatientTrac is a privately held company and is not fodder for this site. It would seem there are desperate short sellers who are angry with the organic growth of TRON and are looking to create a large selloff of the stock. i am simply asking followers on this site recognize the truth and not allow this distraction affect this company.
If there are any questions regarding my background or the facts surrounding the statements regarding me please feel free to contact me. I have actual documentary evidence of the facts not rhetoric.
