•Essential Job Functions
• Own and execute operations and process engineering projects
•Manage projects with customers and outside vendors
• Produce detailed documentation using document control software
•Program data analysis scripts using Python
•Control source code and version releases using Github
•Help improve analytical capabilities and methods
• Translate innovative ideas into invention disclosures and intellectual property
• Assist the Operations group in pilot and large volume production activities
•Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Ecellent leadership, collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-disciplinary groups .
•Extensive experience in process engineering, data analysis, and project management
•Experience with statistical methods including ANOVA and Design of Experiment methodologies
•Experience with Python programming and Version Control software
•Experience in structured Design of Experiment methodologies (DoE)
