Real Problems in African-American Communities
On "Fox and Friends Weekend" this morning, Bo Dietl said he would be happy to join Black Lives Matter activists, as long as they start focusing on the actual problems facing African-American communities.
He explained that an estimated 4,500 black Americans will die at the hands of other black Americans in 2016.
On the other hand, only about 100 will be killed by cops, a large majority of which are justified, Dietl said.
"My point is: I'll join Black Lives Matter, but let's start dealing with the black lives that are being killed in our inner cities," Dietl said. "People don't understand the real facts and figures."
"We have a problem in our inner cities. We have a problem with the rhetoric against police officers all over the country," Dietl said. "These guys don't go out there to kill people!"
He said that any cops who use unjustified force should be dealt with in our justice system and be given their day in court.
