Once upon a time
We had the CCC Civilian Conservation Corp.
So on my liberal side. Why not
Develop the CCSC Civilian Civil Service Corp.
Training at Military posts. Embed them in State, Federal and local Government agencies. Obama Care takes care of the medical, Housing, food ect out of their pocket. Base Military pay for 3 Million would be a Cost of around 60-70 Billion per year. 2-3 year training and service based on MOS. Same checks and balances as military on behavior.
Change the culture.
3,000,000 of those jobs would create 3-12 million other jobs.
