Well here is my opinion...
$MFST legitimate concerns I have.
Maybe someone in the room has some answers ?
FDA clearance is a good first step to selling the product if/when its achieved.
However there are many unanswered questions & obstacles that need to be addressed if this were to sustain any permanent movement.
Debt
Are there any plans to pay it or restructure it as its been a slow bleed for many months now. And the debt holders seem content on selling under a penny as they have been doing so for months.
Float
Can the company update the float on OTC markets. How close to the OS is it at now ?
Manufacturing costs
Is there any non toxic funding coming to cover the costs of manufacturing a hardware product.
Pricing
Is the pricing competitive in a crowded market ? These type of products already exist in the market which is the reason the company only needed FDA clearance otherwise they would have needed to do a PMA.
Marketing costs
Is there any non toxic funding coming to cover the costs of marketing ? Products need marketing to sell products.
Market window & penetration
Is there any market share left for this product ? Was any marketing study done by the company? What differentiation does this product have over the ones in the market making it compelling for a customer to buy ?
Patent protection
Does the company have any IP on this device which makes it unique. If yes, have they filed any patents to protect themselves?
Also note the trading over the last 3 months and the Float has not been updated since ....
Clearly with all the T-Trades over the past months, the float has grown.
