I don't know the answer and I'm not sure it really matters now we have seen that there are very large scale investors willing to take whatever is sold - 1.505 Billion in a single day - without materially affecting the pps. Still .0001 x .0002 with next to nothing added to the ask apart from by the usual iHub suspect looking for a one-tick flip.
Once the convertible debt selling is over - or one of the big buyers runs it up by buying out the ask coincident with revenue confirmation - we should see a dramatic rise more in keeping with the market cap of multiple $Ms.
