You set up your lawsuit well before the permit announcement.
I cannot wait to participate.
The big difference between you and Vollentine. Your lawsuit will be a class action. Get it? The shareholders are going to sue you, NOT THE COMPANY!!!
I hope your "Angel Investor" is lined up and ready. He will bail on you once we start discovery. BTW, the Court will compel you to explain any cash deposit. Oh I can't wait.....
