Drano this is NOT correct.
"And as a reminder for those who may be newer to the stock, Ashcroft has a million warrants to BUY the stock at 1.70 (in other words, they PAY THE COMPANY 1.7 million bucks)."
They are stock options and Sullivan does NOT pay 1 red cent for them. They make any money over $1.70 and that's quite a ways to go from here.
