Dusty - yes. As I predicted in my earlier posts, there was huge betting on BREXIT and, right up to the day before the vote, most punters were betting the wrong way so $BETS would have made a lot.
In Europe, where the standard of living is generally lower than in the US, betting on all manner of things is huge in addition to the traditional items where people follow form such as dog racing, horse racing, cricket, soccer, rugby and now increasingly worldwide live action sport - with people trying to score a big win to change their lives.
The new platform offering additional options from late-August should increase profits even further.
