OOPS! Etrade says it won't accept certificates for OTCBB securities or pink sheet quoted either.
"E*TRADE Clearing will not accept Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) securities or companies quoted on the pink sheets for deposit. OTCBB or pink sheet physical certificates received via mail will be returned to the account holder with a letter of explanation."
