It's a much better tier than pink sheets, though naysayers like to say it isn't. Fact is it damn well is WAY better than pink sheets due to the need for a company to maintain fully reporting status to remain on the OTCQB. It's like the foods that have the USDA Organic label. People trust that the chances are good that the product is still meeting the requirements necessary to display that label, and if checks are done often enough the chances will indeed be very good. People place a lot of value in that label since it's the best assurance they have. Same goes for fully reporting companies and investors. No 100% guarantees, but it's a much better bet since the reporting is most likely thorough and accurate.
