TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2016) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX C.A) announces that, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Dundee Resources Limited, it has acquired 833,400 units ("Units" of Formation Metals Inc. (the "Issuer" at the price of $0.30 per Unit for aggregate consideration of $250,020. Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Issuer and one-half of one share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant" . Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire, on payment of $0.40, one common share in the capital of the Issuer at any time during a 24-month period.
