would like to provide a timeline update regarding its recent 510(k) submission for its Time Machine TTML-8102000 Laser Thermal Therapeutic Device. The company recently announced that it has completed its response to the FDA's request for more information and The Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had received and accepted the submission. In connection with our submission, we have been in close contact with the FDA reviewer and can confirm that our submission is under review and we believe we will receive a response in or around mid-July.
