Todays form 5! explained:
the form 5 was filed due to the fact that Jabbour's warrants expired so those shares 3.8 mil + stay in treasury. ANTI DILUTION!
the A4 trans code was because a form 4 should/could have been filed on the first expiration, but since both were not far from fiscal year end then the form 5 with notation is fine.
this is all positive= shares that do not get issued 3,818,181 shares!
