Thanks for the explanation. In the past two years I have gone through two reverse splits; after both of them, the stock price collapsed. That is the fear that drove my earlier comment.

Here's hoping we can uplist without a reverse split. Regardless, I remain bullish on this stock and am holding long and strong.
