A fact to note is that not all RS's are the same. If a company is experiencing strong growth and the time is right for a move to the big board, you're portfolio value can actually increase faster post split and re-listing on a big board due to the increased investment interest in the stock. If growth continues to increase you'll often times not have long to wait until you start to see share repurchases and forward splits as was seen with Monster Beverages as their growth continued. It's only a bad thing when a company is failing to succeed and can't sufficiently increase revenues to become profitable, and can't continue without ever increasing dilution to keep the company rolling. This company will soon have the numbers in quarterly reports, as a fully reporting company, to verify the revenue growth that big investors/investment groups are looking for. Along with successive up-lists, those numbers will bring the pps up on an upward growth trend resembling an acceleration curve. Speculation based on what we've seen so far, of course. Only time will prove it right or wrong.
