Back home from Milwaukee Summerfest after spending

Back home from Milwaukee Summerfest after spending the 1st week there - was totally an awesome experience-
1st let me say I was hasty typing a post off before I headed north last week and stated with regards to dilution that window was possible late 2017 with uplisting to AMEX- NASD - that was totally wrong and correct would be a reverse split not dilution and apologize for that hasty misleading post. I'll stand by what Jerry said OS shares and if one doubts just mail Jerry for clarification as he'll share with all.
With regards to Summerfest - didn't see any brand recognition anywhere local but sadly found what I didn't want to see - Sunday we drove up to Slinger Wisc a small town of 6K people but they have fastest 1/4 mi track in world. We stopped into a local watering hole downtown, They had signage on all walls for Cannabis Energy drinks - were selling for $3 for an 8.4 fl oz can or $5 for a cannabis and booze drink - Local folks say this cannabis energy can be found anywhere in Wisc
I have zero clue about this Co but they are playing on same field we're on so possibly could be a future stumbling block in certain areas going forward that we'll need to compete against.

Looking forward to late aug uplisting and will keep adding at bargain priced shares and expect to have 1mm+ by uplist day
