Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein: Status Conference held on 5/16/2016. Case called. Deft to serve motion by 6/16/16, P1aitiff to serve opposition by 6/30/16, Reply and fully briefed motion to be filed with the Court by 7/11/16. A further status conference is scheduled for 9/13/2016 at 11:15 a.m. before Judge Feuerstein. (Florio, Lisa)
We saw a quick motion from our team and no service of opposition. Cj contends that KBM doesn't have to file until 7/11 which is next Monday, but it is clear that plaintiff had to serve opposition by 6/30. I'm curious as to why it was never updated to pacer or any other legal site. Did they even do it? I've rarely heard of a plaintiff delaying for more time, although I'm sure its happened. Is KBM coming from a position of strength or weakness with no opposition? Any lawyers in here??
