Cresval Announces Results of Airborne Geophysical Survey on MIKE Project in Southwest British Columbia

(TSX VENTURE: CRV) reports results from the Company's high resolution airborne magnetic and radiometric geophysical survey completed over its 100% owned MIKE Project (formerly the "Bridge River Project " in southwest British Columbia. The 11,127-hectare MIKE Project adjoins Amarc Resources Ltd.'s IKE Project, which is the subject of a joint venture with Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. The 2014 IKE porphyry copper-molybdenum-silver discovery is located only 10 km due north of MIKE (see regional map below). The IKE discovery includes drill results of 0.42% copper equivalent (CuEq) at 0.28% Cu, 0.030% Mo and 2.0 g/t Ag (See Amarc Press Release November 24, 2014, which includes CuEq calculation parameters.)

(TSXV: CUC) ("Carube" announced today that it has completed an airborne magnetic and radiometric survey on its 100% owned Mackenzie property in southwestern British Columbia. The 216 square kilometre project is located immediately southeast of Amarc Resources Ltd.'s ("Amarc" IKE project, which is the subject of the recently announced joint venture with Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. ("Thompson Creek". The survey covers a 60 square kilometre area on the western side of the Mackenzie Project that contains a highly prospective 7.5 km long zone of copper occurrences, termed the Bornite Trend.

Amarc Resources Ltd. ("Amarc" or the "Company" (TSXV: AHR; OTCBB: AXREF) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement (the "Agreement" with Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. ("Thompson Creek" (NYSE:TC; TSX:TCM) pursuant to which Thompson Creek may acquire, through a staged investment process within the next five years, a 30% ownership interest in the IKE copper-molybdenum-silver porphyry deposit and the surrounding district, which hosts a number of prospective copper±molybdenum±gold deposit targets yet to be drilled (the "IKE Project" or the "Project". Amarc management believes the IKE district has the potential to become an important mining camp.
