In the past, George has been maintaining a minimum ownership of shares outstanding at 78% of shares that he owned on 12/21/2002. On this last round of form 4's, he dropped the basis of ownership date and increased his minimum share holdings as a percentage of outstanding shares from 78% to 79.2%, an increase in holdings of 1.5%.
Wonder if he plans to continue this rate of increase. He's got something going here and I would sure like to know what it is other than the obvious.
