We get Garland, not THAT young and uniformly praised by GOPERS who confirmed him to the FED bench and have spoken highly of him ever since.
McConnell said he would do that much in the event of a Clinton win, because he's scared sh*tless of what will come.....after!
'Notorious RBG' finally retires, secure in the knowledge that her seat will not go to an Alito clone.
Thomas make good on his promise and utters 2 more words than he usually utters in a term. 'See ya'. Also no Thomas clone will be seated.
So three appointments, minimum, that must go through a hearing and confirmation process still strewn with reactionary GOP Senators.
Compromise will assure competent jurists. And Garland is as good as it will get for the nutters!
