They knew all of that was coming due soon and would be converted and dumped. But they filed that 10Q anyway which allowed 653K worth of debt to be converted into 2 Billion shares which were then dumped knocking the share price down by 99%. So they decided to protect investors from this 43K toxic loan but didn't bother to protect shareholders from the other 653K in toxic loans? That's hilarious
The basher made them look like fools. Any potential investor could just check that out for themselves and see it's true so explain how you defend that? You can't and that's why they should just keep their mouths shut until HJOE makes their filings but you morons are too dumb to understand that
