The ARIOQ POR as it stands now is inadequate. Thus they had to adjourn the prior calendar call, everyone knows that. It was also subsequently revealed that the attorney's paralegal who is evidently not only unknowledgeable about the bK filings, but how the US Postal Service works as well. Thus and therefore all alleged prior communications between the law firm and other parties, may not be entirely reliable. The POR does not designate the common shares for extinguishment and that has now been established. A new POR will have to be drafted I presume.
