From Teco Facebook page, a recording at: (504) 754-6987, states "you have reached a non-working number announcement, 14 switch for 119 dash 7" - at least the number makes contact with the switch board, and one could argue that it works, just not used to contact TECO. But the recording sounds like or reminds me of L. A. 15 7 Mary 3 & 4 with Ponch and Jon. Have a great weekend, boss.
