You have to take market cap and outstanding shares into consideration. TKR has a market cap of $2.6 billion and ROLL is $1.7 billion. That would put TPAC with a matching valuation between $0.74 and $0.50 respectively based on TPAC's current share structure. Not too bad if you ask me, I would be happy.
