Any Judge worth his salt would recommend what you
suggested. It is in the courts best interest to tell KBM to do what
you said. (time,paperwork,scheduling..etc.)
Every day KBM stalls is actually bad for their cause, for numerous reasons.
Most notable, the big bullseye they put on their back and also
HJOE never goes by the book. They have suffered and persevered
so long, that they may hunker down and go for the throat. They have
waited this long and have gone without.....That should scare the Blank out of KBM.
If I was KBM, that would make me very uncomfortable. Especially for 43k,
which they can make in 3 months from another defenseless company.
