Possibility we will see something this afternoon from KBM. Based upon what I've seen on their multiple cases it looks like they may go for default judgement? They have voluntarily dismissed a couple of their cases with a couple ordered closed.
I'm not sure of the counter suit status of these other cases and companies, but HJOEs is extensive. KBM may seek additional time to try and figure their way out of the counter suit mess.
