Hey Walt, I do not have the capability to tell

I do not have the capability to tell when a loan is converted but I believe there are some clear signs when things begin to settle. Based on this week's total volume (around 100 million shares or so), the average selling price (.00055), and what's currently on the board (16,000,000 shares), I'd say that in the ball park of a $60,000 promissory note was converted. That's not to say there aren't more conversions coming but this one looks like it's nearing the end.
Regardless of the conversions, I still cannot comprehend Mr. Coates hesitation to provide more news while the conversions take place. At this point, the clock is running out of time at the current share price. Every one hundredth of a cent the share price decreases is 20% of the current value. We're on life support and while I do believe he has something up his sleeve he's hurting everyone involved other than himself at this point.
