Absolutely. No other rationalization fits this case. They knew exactly what they were doing and all the legalese mumbo jumbo is pure unadulterated horseshit. Any penalties imposed less than allowable by law is unacceptable. Hang 'em high Judge Failla. They are stealing our money! And our time!! And I'm pissed off!!!
