" IF You Had a Product with Proprietary Basis....W

I would argue there is a sig ificant difference between sharing proprietary information on tech/strategy and building/solidfying your shareholder base. Now - if the company was on solid footing and OS is shrinking - more leeway. When you are in the OTC world and your OS is ballooing (again) and you are alienating what was a strong/loyal base (by imploding old business plan and being obscure with details and timelines on new ones and very defensive and obtuse with your IR "group" it isnt shouting at the roofops with your success. It is informing current shareholders that your original revenue guidance/plans are on track even if the track is different.
The problem for some on here now is we dont "know what we own". I did before or thought i did. Now:
- I am waiting until end of 90 days to be told what new biz plan will be going forward with restructuring. This may or may not include updated rev guidance.
- I dont know end game for OS restructuring. Last summer Bill was talking about dramatic buybacks and getting it under 1BB shares. It is now back over 3BB.
- Last summer Bill provided a resolute biz plan with rev guidance once production started. Now we are told to be patient
-etc etc
Again - if the OS was shrinking most of this wouldn't be as hard to accept or not to view skeptically. But in the OTC world- one has to be very critical and cautious when they are told to be patient, get vague responses, and dilution is occurring the entire time (1.8BB to 3.3BB).
I dont see announcing major contracts/relationships tbat have a material impact on the viability of rhe company/strategy as giving away competitive advantage. In light of the above- i think it is critical that they "rise above" the rest and give absolute no apoearance of impropriety at EVERY juncture to do so. It is a must on the OTC. I think Bill had that for a lot of shareholders. I think the IR group has taken away a lot of that.
Even though I disagree with the PR rationale - I do appreciate the discussion and putting it out there.
