If there is a 1000-1 split and split is declared at .0004 then it will reopen at .40 after 30 days where no one can trade the stock. What happens after it reopens depends on shareholders. I rode an r/s out with mwip. It
Opened at .33. People wanted out it then fell to .08. I added on quite a few as we were expecting news. My ave. ended up being around .16. We got news it then ran to .65. I did quite well
