real disconnect between board sentiments and tradi

i have read about all the potential and how many think this will be trading in the dollars. if you really believe that (doesnt matter whether you think it will happen in a year or in several), why in the world arent you putting every last nickel and borrowing against your house, car, and first born to buy now before everyone else figures out the potential...? that is how real wealth is generated in the market.
based on comments on here, i am one of the larger shareholders (well into the 8 figures) and i have not sold at any point. bought most in low trips and added significantly through mid to high trips, and then raised my DCA when i bought in the 50s after initial run, 40s, 30s, and then started aggressively buying again in the 20s and low 30s and then even more so in the high teens. could make me a very solid return or very stupid. while the potential still seems to be substantial, few on here seem to be concerned with the never ending supply through VNDM and others nor the OS going from 1.8 back to 3.3BB. granted, it is about on par from where it was a little over a year ago but many bought in based on the OS DECREASING and company buying back stock as part of a coordinated business plan that was tied into M&A and driving revenues on a 5 year plan based on financing and M&A.
while the strategy has changed and certainly could be for the better both long and short term, i am still very leery when the company keeps ignoring/skirting the revenue side of this new strategy or asks investors to "be patient" when the OS keeps climbing and there is never ending "selling" despite all of this potential and what seems to be very enthusiastic shareholders. that is a major, major disconnect. those shares should have been absorbed quickly. the timing between the selling and VNDM appearing undeniably (and hopefully just unfortunately coincidentally) coincides with the emergence of the TPACMuse twitter handle and the 90 day turnaround. in the murky world of the OTC/penny stocks - that HAS to be considered suspect. it gets worse (for me) when they get ridiculously defensive (as they called my posts out on here several times) and continue to ignore requests for guidance/updates. even worse when I still can not get a single (let alone rational) argument for why they would NOT PR a $135MM SLA. that is simply beyond absurd to me.
after careful consideration - they "lowered" the threshold from $250K to $75K due to "shareholder concerns" but they still completely ignore the real issue - why are they not disseminating these "monumental" SLAs to the investment world at large...? $135MM cash flow over 10 years which is theoretically just the beginning for the SLAs is beyond disruptive for a company that just posted its first $109K of revenues. based on original biz plan - we should be closing in on several million first 12 months of production (which will be ending late November/early December) and the company still can not tell investors whether or not that remains feasible or worse, will not commit to a timeline to tell them what new revenue stream is...?
i did see i am not the only one stymied by the tweets yesterday about Bill's son running the trading platform or the seemingly obtuse response to jeff's tweet about how the two are connected. again - besides the lack of PR or guidance, why is the IR group STILL such a secret as to who they are or how they are getting paid? they originally said (alluded?) they were shareholders and vested in the long term success and then said they werent shareholders/being paid with shares (i dont remember the exact verbiage). they certainly arent doing this for free. they also washed their hands of the share price plunge after they threw their shoulder out patting themselves on the back for its rise into the mid 20s.
while the "news" out of china and potential remains positive, the specific and intentional misdirection and obfuscation of some very valid, and pertinent shareholder questions has me questioning how real the potential really is. that is not a comfortable position to be in when i originally invested based on the biz strategy and conference calls from Bill. why not reestablish that connection with shareholders...?
