Many penny stocks have a STOP sign on otcmarkets.com.
otcmarkets.com is a commercial information site that charges for it's services. It makes up it's own rules such as the conditions that lead to the posting of a Yield or a Stop sign. For many startup companies, it is not worth the cost of the CPA and attorney fees to get financials up to date merely to remove a Yield or Stop sign.
