You made a great point most people who have been following Hangover Joe's, don't know and I learned it from Frank at SMS in a hour call over 3 months back. They always beat on Adamson or Veal, the bashers and no one ever mentions Jaynes, they personally keep him out of the public eye. Him and Adamson our the co-founders and actually like brothers according to the SMS guys they consult daily is what Frank says. What people don't know is Jaynes was a massive litigator and settled huge multi million dollar cases in medical malpractice and worked with some of the biggest law firms in the country going after drug companies he very legal smart. He is very sharp and he directs so much of what happens at HJOE on a daily basis. Veal runs the public side of the company. Adamson deals with all the dealers sales products, promotions etc. Jaynes he runs the whole other side with the lawyers etc. He is never much mention because they cannot beat on him. He is not the front guy in the streets with the brand. He in the war room at HJOE and keeps advancing the company in ways many don't understand or ever see. I learned all this from Frank. He also is involved in dealer trainings etc. The SMS guys told me how much they like both and that was a big part of their reason to take this company into the area they had lead Tabasco for 20 years.
