Just some thoughts Having been invested with QM

Having been invested with QMC awhile I am seeing something of value from Steve's initial foray into Solar.I remember a comment from Steve many years ago while he was entrenched with the Saudis trying to set up solar there. It was his impression that in order to make 100's of kg a day ( quantities required to invigorate solar on a large scale ) that batch would be impossible and in fact that Dr.Wong had tried and had terrible results.Somewhat dismayed he used his background in chemistry that led him to the flow process and later Access2Flow.This was a critical moment for QMC IMO as other companies believed spending R & D on scaling was the way to go,we now know his choice of direction was the right one.We see other companies such as Nanosys and Nanoco still struggling with scale up and in fact 100kgs per day seems miles away for them unless they are replicating their facilities x 50 at enormous costs. It was one mans decision to go this direction and which IMO is now coming full circle with Solterra dreams renewed.I am really looking forward to him finally having the opportunity to realize these dreams ,most possibly thru QMC Asia to start.I say that because the Chinese are embedded in Solar and are ready to push the pace on third generation solar and quantum dot technology in whole. Its come full circle IMO and this time we wont have a dance partner with constraints or policy issues.I believe him stepping aside and having Sri run the display side has much to do as he stated with getting back to the beginning. The future is looking bright.
Cheers All !
