Well just a few observations here as to what I see going on - Great to see new form 10 filed and we're back on the 60 day clock now looking at end of Aug -may the 2nd time be the charm for the sec - this Cali news is very important as some have mentioned and yes ENM will be open doors to nationwide chains and if successful in LA/Cali Market it sure will be easier opening retail doors across the good ole USA as all will want a winner in their store - I'm real pleased with this deal.
As far as reading posts about dilution - It's /not and won't happen as Jerry stated in April meet that it wouldn't be considered and hopefully not till end of 2017 when he'll try for an uplist to AMEX or NASD.. If they were going to sell any of the shares that are parked with shelf reg now they would have to file a form PRIOR to sale with the SEC and we'd know before a sale was happening and Jerry also reiterated a couple weeks ago - No One inside Mang is selling any shares.. If you want to point fingers at a seller I personally look to the prick and his daughter in FLA
I've just packed my bags and leaving for Milwaukee's Summerfest that opens tomorrow - I highly encourage all here to lay the mouse and keyboard down from time to time and don't daily watch min by min as it's not good for ones mental health - Trust your mang and Co and on down days that will possibly linger buy what ya can afford- this company will forge on ahead with or without us and I don't think this train will be slowing down as we've hit peak bev season and have many new doors opened to us this past year.
MY personal regret is that RMHB probably won't be at Summerfest and I have to understand we still on shoestring budget but this fest is biggest in World with over 1mm attending over 10 days Makes that NY fest look like a kindergarden of festivals but Jerry did get exclusive sponsorship so that was cool.
Hope all get out and have themselves some fun -- Best y'alls way and catch ya next week-
