10,000 share nonsense

Here we go with the 10,000 shares on the ask nonsense again. That's my 200k on the bid, just bought a few of the 10,000's at 0.0016 to see what happens and of course they come right back within a second. Somebody wants to sell $16 worth of stock at a time? I don't think so...
