For those of you that were here last year, you will remember that they released an information and disclosure statement on 7/15/2015 covering the 4th quarter 2015 period and posted same to the OTC Markets. This was a successful move in stabilizing the pps ahead of the shareholders meeting in Sept. and subsequent filing of audited financials in November.
Upon filing of the audited financials the July statement was taken down as it was superceded and, therefore, moot. Although the audited financials adjusted for a preliminary overstatement of 4th quarter revenues in the July statement, it cannot be argued that the heads up preliminary report gave all of us a boost of confidence in the marketability and sales of the initial product runs.
I am hopeful that we again will see some form of preliminary revenue reporting this summer ahead of the 10K annual report, which is not due until Sept. 30th. I, for one, would love to see some revenue numbers in support of the anecdotal distribution growth. Don’t get me wrong, I have little doubt that the distribution network is growing but, if the pps is to move upward, the larger market needs to become involved and that won’t happen on uplisting alone.
