Re: g&l #1316
I will run out of public posts shortly but I was thinking of selling out so I sent him an email asking him to explain why increase A/S and file for R/S at the same time. He has been responding to me via phone as long as I include my number on the signature. Most of the time I just send him a note and leave it off.

I like David and the way he does business. I agree with his strategies. He clarified all of the things previously stated in PRs and that is what I needed. I say if people need to money, go ahead and get out. At these prices though it is on sale for a long investor who understand the risk and potential here. I might lose the money I put in but I do not think I will. I anticipate making some good cash on this down the road.

He gave me so much information I am sure I missed something. It does make your head spin. I am looking for less debt on the books and while the earnings may look lower without the other sub, I believe that will be added back in at a later date and it will be a positive boost for our numbers on top of any new companies brought in.

Oh just remembered. The debt holder in TX is causing issues and the company is taking some actions to thwart his efforts. Look for the offices to close in FL and move to CT.
