After several years, diligence, discovering what so called tricks MM's might play, signals, special purpose MM's the evil NITE MM's and more. there are several sites with delusional information including one that claims an MM's story.
In reality there are but a few things observable or tells. And of the most valuable is simply understanding live auctions, any auction inventory, cars, households collectible you name it. Add in what a Market maker can and can not do,, bingo.
Occasionally sets of MM's who are hooked into a scam ring, not in this case, but you can see who and when it happens learn the pattern. two or three MM's working in concert, fake bidding fake asks etc. albeit I watched it, marked and if I played scams, knowing the play is like counting cards at 21, but it's all about knowing what they're doing, who and when. If I did play scams, could make bundles, yet I don't. even with years of being inside of live stinky stock players groups, I've helped the groups but dam If I'll risk my dam cash on any scam.

Yet you can not be sure, especially online stock buyers think; any mention of dilution is just a scare tactic. Even worse, completely ignore filings or act as if it's 'No big deal" when the evidence is proved as in this case nearly every time the stock tries to move, CDEL is on top or bouncing around on sell and bid.. not long after, the dilution report is filed? go figure it's being diluted. in QTMM, it's identical to people here, as is the 1,00's and 1,00's of stock message boards, all the scams have their gurus and players acting and doing nearly the same thing as scams. presume ignorance, blow it off pretend it didn't happen, ignore those who tell and or accuse anything that's not hype as bashers, bashing for share, or better most delusional shorting penny stocks, penny shorting is a whole different story though, but leave at this legal but extremely dangerous, volatile! . . yet when you've watched read stock message boards, the redundancy of blah, blah, blah, is routine.
And then once it's reported; insider dump or lender's dumped, if you've paid attention to who the lead MM was, eventually you can point it out, understand a few things too.
clearing houses are contractors, handed amounts of stock, and just like you, if you hired an auction house, wouldn't you try to find the one that has a record of producing the greatest prices??
Whelp it the same game here. except Market Makers can and will put up false bidders to entice others to, slap the ask, or bid a tiny amount above current bid, even bid the same price where the ask, CDEL dumps into the bidder. carefully watch the amount of stock being bid on or at ask. it has to work in the time the order to sell or buy has been placed, so when a buyer bids the same price of current bid, that buyer has to wait the rotation. if a buyer bids ask, slaps it, and that ask, the amount of stock shown does not go down,, most especially when the numbers shown are not even like 125,685 it's a tell. had you bid for 1,000 shares and filled the order and that ask did not get reduced by 1,000, it's a tell CDEL is not showing all. if you bid the same as the current bid, then get filled yet the high bidder's amount hasn't changed, and coincidently CDEL is top ask and bid, it's a fake bid. if real, you would have to have waited until the 1st CDEL bids got filled.
you can see it better when the volume is low, tiny sells of 100 ,200- 500, or so where it cost more than it's worth it. 10, 20 even 60 bucks of stock at a online broker charge of 8-10 bucks @ 10 bucks who's going to buy when you include broker buy and broker sell costs would be 16-20 bucks? 3 times the the money? you're not at even unless that small amount triples! 20 bucks worth cost you double to have bought and sold, 30 cost you 50, etc. etc. LOL.
However, it's the "Market Maker" trying to 'Make a Market' for the stock they have to sell.
especially ignored here, at least in the online hype is the obviousness that CDEL is showing every day and more when price rises and CDEL's on top ask and bid, dumping the holy heck out of the momentum..
The possibly for QTMM to gain value is constantly being trumped, hello? it's a zero income company, paying attorneys, employees, all bills etc. with their only means of cash, convertible notes and direct sells..
